FEE- FOR- SERVICE  

Each session is scheduled for 50 minutes. You have the right and option to request and pay for additional time, which we can discuss in our session.

Payment  of $ 100.00 per 50 minute session is due at the time of service, unless prior arrangements have been made. Please pay by cash, check or major credit card at each visit.

APPOINTMENTS AND CANCELLATIONS

Please remember to cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours in advance.

Cancellations and re-scheduled sessions will be subject to the full charge, if NOT RECEIVED AT LEAST 24 HOURS IN ADVANCE of the scheduled session. This is necessary because a time commitment is made to you and held exclusively for you. If you are late for a session, please be aware that you may lose some of that session time.

A $35.00 service charge will be charged for any checks returned for any reason for special handling.
